Example Loft Conversion
The original roof before the conversion.
In this example, the roof was removed and then rebuilt, but often it is just extended outwards.
Rafters construct the skeleton of the new loft.
With battens in place, the loft conversion is ready to be tiled
Dormer window frames are now installed. The glass will be fitted once tiling in completed.
Construction is complete! All that remains is to tile the dormer fascia and install double glazing.
